Can anyone help me out on this one?
For adhesion purposes can I safely apply a 2k primer to a lightly nibbed electrocoated surface or must the electrocoat be fully flatted ?

If it is a thin coat then heavy flatting will go through it.Denib with scotchbrite until dead matt, that will probably work.
